All American fixed my broken wire-frames which had snapped at the temple. The repair (a laser weld) has held up on these delicate glasses. Rick was very pleasant to deal with on the phone, and I got the glasses back in the mail very quickly. The price ($69 plus return shipping) was very reasonable -- especially when compared with the price of a new pair of similar quality. I'm very pleased with All American Eyeglass Repair!
The team here is AMAZING! They’re incredibly personable with great communication. They reached out to me as soon as they received my package to inform me of the necessary repair, which in my case was a weld on the frame. They provided a detailed breakdown of the costs for the repair, shipping, credit card fee, and an honest ETA. I was fortunate to have my frames repaired and shipped on the same day, despite them mentioning they had received 20 packages that morning. These guys are truly incredible and absolutely worth it. My frames came back perfect!

Glad to have found this service after being told by my eye care provider my glasses couldn't be repaired. Great service all around. Easy to send photos for repair assessment. Response was quick with details of how repair would need to be made and the cost. I was then given the link to fill in the repair request form and mailing information. I was contacted when they received my glasses to go over the repair and sent the link to make the online payment for service plus return postage. They made the repair the same day and shipped them, sending me my tracking information. The repair was perfect. Very professional company with clear communication.
Nose piece broke off my Titanium glasses. No one could get them repaired locally. I contacted All American and they quickly laser welded my glasses and the look and work great. Super value as replacements for these glasses would have been close to $500. I suggest strongly to contact them for your eyeglass needs, Ryan was amazing to work with, absolutely painless.

I am now convinced these eyeglass places and even Walmarts cannot/do not fix simple hinge repairs to glasses because they want you to buy a new pair of glasses and I’ve contacted many before finding All American Eyeglass Repair.
I sent an email and received a response in 10 mins on which location to send my glasses to and their procedure. (Even though they have a video of their procedure on their website). I ran to the Post Office, same day. 11/1 and 11/3 they received them, fixed them and had my glasses back in the mail the same day. Just received them yesterday 11/6.
